Patricia Dreste, Chief Human Resources Officer
Patricia Dreste joined Syska Hennessy as its Chief Human Resources Officer in 2025. Prior to joining us, she was the Managing Director and Head of Human Resources for the Americas at Cantor Fitzgerald. In her role, she oversaw the full spectrum of HR strategy, from talent acquisition and employee development to performance management and organizational effectiveness. She also brings deep experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), ensuring seamless people integration during complex organizational changes.
With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Patricia is known for aligning people strategies with business objectives, fostering inclusive and high-performing workplace cultures, and driving innovation in HR practices.
