Project Overview

The Club at SFO Terminal One, San Francisco, California

Airport Dimensions’ new lounge in San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is located in Harvey Milk Terminal 1. The Club SFO, known the “big jewel,” was designed to evoke regional themes such as the Redwood Forest and the relaxed spirit of San Francisco, while enhancing travelers’ health and wellness.

Syska Hennessy provided multi-discipline engineering and technology design services for this project, which achieved LEED Gold. The project has a high-end finish, which required thorough coordination with other trades.

The project is a No-Gas project, with all-electric kitchen equipment, which required an electrical infrastructure upgrade. The Club also includes Hood Exhaust – Type 1 terminated with a pollution control unit. Additional design features include electric floor heating around the lounge’s Fire Pit.
