Middleton Family Medicine (MFM) Health is a leading healthcare provider in Massachusetts, with primary and specialty care across multiple locations. In order to expand their services to a new location, MFM Health set out to convert 21,000 sf of space in an existing 60,000 sf office building at 99 Conifer Hill Drive to a state-of-the-art medical office environment.
Syska Hennessy partnered with the architect to design the engineering systems to convert MFM Health’s new space across two floors in the building to exam rooms, clinical rooms, patient waiting areas, server, and offices.
Syska was able to provide cost-effective engineering design utilizing existing infrastructure to serve the conversion to healthcare. Syska also supported an aggressive schedule by identifying long-lead equipment and expedited construction assistance.
