Accenture is consolidating multiple New York Metro offices into a single location at One Manhattan West. The project consists of interior fit out of roughly 280,000 rentable square feet across the top 9 floors of the building. Each floor is connected with an interconnecting stair within the tenant space. The project includes typical open office spaces, enclose offices, conference/meeting rooms, a boardroom and collaboration areas. Special amenities include a broadcast studio, cafes (on each floor), a commercial cooking kitchen, a dining cafeteria (place of assembly), creation lab.
