Frederick Noel
Director of Information Technology
Frederick Noel is a seasoned information technology executive with over 30 years of success in high-performance, multifaceted environments.
Before joining Syska, Frederick spent 17 years in IT leadership roles at another global engineering firm. Frederick began his tenure at Syska in 2013 as an IT Project Manager. Today, he is based in the firm’s Atlanta office where he plays a key role in the Innovations Group, which explores and evaluates emerging technologies. He oversees IT operations company-wide, guiding the corporate IT department’s strategy, direction, and goals.
Frederick holds an associate in applied science degree from DeVry College in Woodbridge, NJ. He is PMP-trained and an active member of the ACEC New York Technology Committee as well as the ACEC Forums.
Outside of work, he serves as a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York, a donor- and volunteer-supported mentoring network. His personal interests include developing AI technologies.
